Lawn Services
GENERAL CLEANUP- Litter and trash will be picked up and removed from all lawn areas and flower beds and disposed of properly on a weekly basis prior to mowing.
MOWING- areas will be mowed to keep them looking neat. All clippings will be spread or removed from sidewalks of building areas.
EDGING-Will be done around all turf perimeters and along walks and curving to maintain a neat and consistent edge.
TRIMMING- will be done around all walls post trees structures and other areas where lawnmowers cannot cut all this will be done weekly.
BUSH/SHRUB TRIMMING -shrubs bushes tall grasses will be trimmed as necessary in order to maintain a proper height and appearance.
BLOWING -Grass clippings cause by mowing, edging and trimming will be removed from the curbs parking lots street, walkways planter beds and other surfaces on the same day as the mowed.
WEED CONTROL- In all planting beds and hard surfaces as needed (parking lot, walks, etc.)
SPRING CLEAN UP
General clean-up of weeds and debris in planting beds pruning of any winter damaged plants
Aerating all lawn areas.
Dates are approximated and subject to change based on weather conditions
IRRIGATION SYSTEM
-Spring start-up in early April
-Seasonal adjustment and inspection twice in summer, ones in the fall.
-Winterize system in October.
-irrigation labor repairs $80.00 hourly rate plus material
All irrigation repairs to be made on a time and material basis. this is excluded from the included service.
FALL CLEAN UP
REPRUNING TRIMMING- Will consist of removing sucker growth, dead wood and low laying limbs. If needed.
